Clark County Water Reclamation District Administration Office Building

The two-story, 30,000 S.F. administration building was designed with an emphasis on customer service. The openness of the two-story lobby invites patrons to conduct their business in a friendly, comfortable environment. The balance of the building contains the administrative offices of all departments comprising the daily operations of the Water Reclamation District including a “cutting edge” facility for the IT and computer-based function. Isolated from the balance of the facility, there will be a divisible, large conference room strategically located to allow public use after regular business hours.
